Have you ever felt that u suffered from this general bad mood? it's like... your "default" mood is miffed/pissed/frustrated/upset at something. It's like I seem to find something to get angry at. I've blown up at something, thrown something around (I do that when i'm pissed off), hit something every other day. It's a weird sick satisfaction I get from throwing a tantrum. My poor bf had to bear the brunt for quite abit. Maybe some form of release from all that pre exam stress? Pent up anger from ages ago? I'm not quite sure. It's just that there are so many things to do these days... it seems so daunting. I'm not in the mood to get into the swing of things. RAWRRR. the mere thought of having to study advanced biochem and biophysics... PUKE BLOOdD GRAWWWWRrRRrlLLLLLL I want sit around and play computer games. haha. and I shall. SIGH>..... i am so frustrated. :( Does anyone know how to release anger/stress /whatever in a more constructive way? I wish i had a proper outlet for such negative thoughts. I know i've been venting it on people around me recently.
